1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the AE Dubai Developments partner platform (the "Platform") operated by AE Dubai Developments ("AE Dubai", "we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account, applying to become a partner, or otherwise using the Platform, you ("Partner", "Agent", or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for professional real estate partners aged 18 or older with the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in their country of residence. Access is granted only after a successful application and approval process.

3. Partner Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times and to update such information promptly when it changes.

4. Membership & Payments

Membership plans, fees, and any installment arrangements are presented on the pricing page and become binding upon successful checkout. All amounts are stated in EUR unless otherwise specified and are exclusive of any locally applicable taxes. Failed installments may result in suspension of Platform access until balances are settled.

5. Commissions & Payouts

Commissions are earned in accordance with the deal-flow rules published in your Partner dashboard. Payouts are processed only after full verification (KYC) and once valid banking and identity documents have been submitted and approved. AE Dubai reserves the right to withhold payouts where fraud, misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms is reasonably suspected.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent AE Dubai, its developers, or any listed property;
• Share Platform content, leads, or materials with unauthorized third parties;
• Use the Platform for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes;
• Attempt to access, scrape, or interfere with Platform systems.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content — including the closing academy, marketing materials, scripts, software, and branding — is owned by or licensed to AE Dubai and protected by international intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use such content solely for promoting AE Dubai projects while your account remains active and in good standing.

8. Confidentiality

Information shared via the Platform — including client data, deal pipelines, and internal communications — is confidential. You must not disclose such information outside your role as a Partner without written consent from AE Dubai.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in conduct harmful to AE Dubai or its partners, or fail to meet ongoing eligibility requirements. Upon termination, outstanding obligations and accrued commissions are settled in accordance with the rules then in force.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AE Dubai makes no guarantee of specific income, deal volume, or outcomes. Examples and case studies represent past performance only and do not guarantee future results.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AE Dubai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to AE Dubai in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively before the competent courts of Dubai, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
