No-Refund Policy

By enrolling in any AE Dubai Portal membership, plan, subscription, or payment installment, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final and non-refundable. This includes — but is not limited to — monthly memberships, flex installment plans, weekly subscriptions, and any service or training fees.

1. Why payments are non-refundable

Each membership grants immediate access to proprietary training, coaching, lead infrastructure, and platform tools. The cost of provisioning these resources is incurred at the moment access is granted and cannot be reversed.

2. Cancellation conditions

Members may request cancellation of their plan only after completing 5 paid monthly installments. Cancellation ends future billing but does not entitle the member to a refund of any prior payments. Earlier cancellation is not permitted.

3. Outstanding balances

Failure to pay invoices on time results in escalating reminders, late fees, and after 14 days a formal collections process with a default fee of €40 (or actual incurred costs, whichever is higher). Outstanding balances remain due regardless of platform access.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for a non-refundable payment is considered a breach of these terms and may result in immediate termination of access, escalation to collections, and recovery of all related costs.

5. Acknowledgement

At checkout you are required to actively confirm that you have read and accepted this No-Refund Policy. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing agreement.
